Oak Park 2019 QB "ATH" Dwan Mathis flipped his commitment from Michigan State to Ohio State on Sunday evening.

Mathis has very high athleticism and has made tremendous improvements through the years with his mechanics, accuracy, and arm strength.

The Buckeyes offered Mathis early this past May and this past weekend he took an official visit to Ohio State where he made his decision.

This is the 3rd time that Mathis has committed to a college, last year on June 22nd he committed to Iowa State and then committed to Michigan State this past September.

Player Analysis
8/23/2017: We have seen the growth first hand in Dwan Mathis for a 4th year in a row. Mathis is a bit more polished throwing the ball and has the athletic abilities that just make you say, "wow." We expect Mathis to receive plenty of snaps this year at; QB, WR, and DB. He's too talented of a player to keep on the bench, but Oak Park is deep at receiver anJaeyveon Morton d defensive back anyways.
College interest: Mathis was offered by Akron as an 8th grader and has racked in a variety of 7 others since. The most recent was Michigan State following a July visit.
