The Super 11 is a feature started by The D Zone that will showcase the 11 "hottest" names in the current recruiting period. Since there are 8 days until National Signing Day this will include the Seniors who will be signing but will soon shift towards the current juniors and younger players. We will be out to as many 7 on 7's as possible this Fall and camps in the summer so we can continue to gauge talent weekly. All 7 on 7 programs who have granted us access are: Max Ex, Star Studded Elite, 1 Nation, HYPE Athletics, and Rising Stars.

Also if you need to be reminded we will only cover Michigan High School athletes.

All info is to-date as of 10 am on January 27th.

1. Mike Weber - Cass Tech - RB - 2015 - 17 offers

The State of Michigan's #1 player does not need too much of an introduction this late in the recruiting process but besides for committing to Ohio State and immediately hearing from the new University of Michigan Coach, Jim Harbaugh, Weber has continued to be recruited hard from Michigan and Michigan State. Weber capped of our 2014 regular season football coverage by winning player of the year, #1 recruit in the Class, and the reflection that we will not see too many RB's like Mike Weber again.

2. Khalid Kareem - Farmington Hills Harrison - DE - 2016 - 24 offers

There were players that have blown up in the recruiting world and then the Harrison Hawks DE, Khalid Kareem redefined that meaning as he has received over 22 offers since his first playoff game in the 2014 season that was on November 1st. The offers have poured in as quickly as Kareem gets to the opposing QB's, which is fast! It took the local schools; Michigan, Michigan State, and Ohio quite some time to finally be convinced of Kareem as they were offers; 19, 20 and 23, most recently Notre Dame offered yesterday. The biggest eye grabber about the offer list is schools who normally do not offer Michigan kids too much; Oregon, California, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Duke, and North Carolina, etc. You could see this offer list double by the summer!

3. John Kelly - Oak Park - RB - 2015 - 11 offers

Oak Park's John Kelly was long assumed to be either headed to, Minnesota or Michigan State and even Michigan who offered a month before Tennessee did. Tennessee which already had a top 5 signing class according to mostly all of the scouting services, will add an explosive RB whose breakout year earned him several offers following the season, including Tennessee. Kelly will be the first player from Michigan to sign to an SEC school since Cameron Dillard of Canton signed to Florida in the Class of 2013.

4. Tyrone Miller - Saline - DB - 2015 - 9 offers

Following another big year at Saline, Miller had a huge Senior season. Miller would commit to Central Michigan to have the Chippewa's primed for a huge signing class. Those plans could be spoiled however by the resigning of Dan Enos. Miller unsure of what will happen in Mount Pleasant with the coaching staff, has taken visits but remains committed to Central Michigan. Miller hauled in offers from Kansas and Wyoming in the past 3 days.

5. Donnie Corley - Detroit King - WR - 2016 - 22 offers

In his 1st season at Detroit King, Donnie Corley was unstoppable and the offers pilled up for the King WR. Corley has hit 22 offers but informed The D Zone's Evan Paputa that he has a top 6 and will be committing soon. Arizona State, Michigan State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, and Tennessee are the schools that Corley has narrowed it down to. Corley has been active on the camp circuit this Winter already and has looked near perfect in that span, including a hand timed, 4.28 forty yard dash at a 1 Nation Football workout.

6. Michael Ojemudia - Farmington Hills Harrison - LB/WR - 2015 - 4 offers

The recruiting process of Ojemudia was bland up until just 6 days ago. 7 days ago, Ojemudia only held an Eastern Michigan offer and then on the 21st Wyoming offered, followed by this past Sunday, Indiana and Iowa offered soon after one another. We can all be reminded here that recruiting is a process and a huge Senior season by Ojemudia was rewarded with 2 Big 10 offers. Ojemudia will now be able to weigh these 4 offers before making his decision.

7. Trishton Jackson - West Bloomfield - QB "ATH" - 2016 - 3 offers

Trishton Jackson learned a lot about the recruiting process from his older brother Obbie Jackson whose stock blew up last year. Jackson had already held a Western Michigan offer before both, Toledo and Purdue offered him and teammate, Navon Mosley. Jackson plays Quarterback for the Lakers in the Fall but figures to transition to receiver in college. All it takes, is to watch a few reps of Jackson running routes to be convinced he'll have a good future as a receiver. Jackson's athleticism and upside are off the charts.

8. Jalen Martin - Chandler Park Academy - WR - 2016 - 5 offers

The small school receiver out of Chandler Park certainly passes the eye test and from there Martin is so athletically gifted that he'll create separation and snag the ball if it's catchable. Martin has had very good showings at Camp Pride in Saginaw earlier in the month and was a standout at this weekend's, Max Ex passing league. Martin also plays Basketball too. Martin currently holds 5 MAC offers but that number will be double to triple by the time, May and June roll around.

9. RayShawn Wilborn - Lansing Sexton - WR/LB - 2015 - 4 offers

There may not be a more hidden secret in the history of football recruiting than RayShawn Wilborn. The Central Michigan commit is really the total package of whether he plays WR or OLB with also the ability to play TE or DB. Wilborn recently received an offer from San Diego State and yesterday was offered by Wyoming. The momentum for Wilborn is already in full swing, it's just a matter of a lot of schools turning a blind eye to the Sexton athlete.

10. Alexx Zielinski - Brighton - TE/DE - 2015 - 5 offers

When Enos left Central Michigan he unlocked the door for several other college programs to recruit the current Central Michigan commits. We have mentioned two commits already and will include a 3rd, Alexx Zielinski who earned 3 offers in the past week, which is the most Division 1 offers in that span in the Class of 2015. Zielinkski who at the end of June only held 1 offer from CMU but 6 baseball Division 1 offers, wasn't sure which sport he would play in college but this past week reaffirms his decision to play football was the right one.

11. Daelin Hayes - Ann Arbor Skyline - RB/OLB - 2016 - 20 offers

Daelin Hayes has had one of the most up and down years, you'll ever see. Following an injury his Sophomore year at Orchard Lake Saint Mary's, Hayes would recover and once his offseason workout video was released the offers rolled in. Daelin Hayes would commit to USC on a visit and then would transfer to a California high school with his mom, legal issues brought Hayes back to Michigan, where he would enroll at Cass Tech. MHSAA wouldn't let the incoming transfer play this past Fall and recently, Hayes moved to Ann Arbor, where he will attend Skyline. There is no denying the potential Hayes has and the amount of schools still trying to get Hayes to "flip," speaks for itself.
