Millington 2018 LB Briar Bearss was offered "an opportunity to play football" at Army-West Point Academy.

This is the fourth offer for the Millington standout who also holds an offers from Morgan State, Air Force, and Michigan Tech.

Soon after the offer, Briar decided it was time to commit. He then made his decision, despite the recent offer to go to Michigan Tech.

Briar was a different beast this fall for the Cardinals helping them to a 10-2 record and a District Championship. He doubled as a RB and played LB.

Briar had 227 career tackles in his three year varsity career including 113 this season. Along with seven sacks and five interceptions as a Senior.

This is a huge addition for the Huskies. Bearss had three D1 offers and one D2, and he chose the D2. The Huskies are also hoping to land his brother Bryce who will make his decision in the coming weeks.
