Cass Tech 2019 Slot/R Jevan Swanigan received an offer from Division 1-FCS program Morgan State on Thursday afternoon.

MSU is the 5th school to offer Swanigan who visited their campus last week.

Swanigan will visit Old Dominion this upcoming weekend.
